I have the Ryzen 5 3600 and I have in-game around 180/200 FPS. I have a 240hz monitor and therefore wanted to have around 240 FPS in-game. Can you do this by overclocking the CPU?
No, that won't bring you as much FPS anymore.

You can try, of course, but don't expect too much.
I hardly think that the CPU limits, is it at 100%? Or what's the problem?
Play in FDH or HD on completely low, that's the most CPU-promoting, everything else is GPU

According to YouTube over 300FPS with low graphics settings.
But with an i9 9900KS.
Your CPU is very limited. : /
