I now know that the best CPU up to 300 euro is the 7 3700x. But I've heard that you can't get so much out of this by overclocking. Does anyone know the best CPU (up to 300 euro) that can be super-overclocked so that it is the best (better than if you would overclock the 7 3700x)?

The best CPU remains the 3700x. Intel can be overclocked more, but is more expensive. For 300 euro you would get a worse CPU from Intel.
Get a decent CPU right away then you don't need overclocking.
Just stay with the Ryzen 7 which has so much power that you won't need an OC.
So if you took a Ryzen 5 3600x, couldn't you get more out than with the 3700x?

The manufacturers can pay well for overclocking (e.g. K CPUs) rather less. I have nothing to complain about the Ryzen so I don't suggest anything.
You won't find anything there, with intel there's nothing for 300 that you could overclock, at AMD the hole is filled with the ryzen 7 3700x and ryzen 7 3800x.
the 3800x is hardly worth the additional price.

I'm actually more enthusiastic about Intel. Actually wanted the i9 9900k but now the i9 10900k is there and it is only a bit expensive but the good z490 mainboards really do cost money…
