Use freesync?

I wanted to use freesync on a 144hz monitor. I've heard that one has lag there by a higher input. And in the game Fortnite. And yes I have an AMD GPU.

Play mostly FPS and notice (unlike V-sync) no input at all. Getting rid of the tearing really helps me a lot and usually helps me get on better.

No it does not cause any input lag
