I want to buy a used PC with an i7 930 processor and an rx 480 8gb. Is the processor sufficient for Fortnite and possibly streams? The graphics card is great, but the CPU is very old!
So an i7 processor should definitely pack it - I have a bad i5 and only a 1080 Ti graphics card and can play the game wonderfully - but my is not enough to stream (at least for Fortnite)

Playable safe, but there will be no fun. The CPU is just too lame for that. You would be better advised to get a PC with a current AMD APU like the Ryzen 5 3400G and without an additional graphics card. You can always turn the graphics to a minimum, only if the CPU does not pack 60 FPS, you can do nothing about it.

With the i7-930 you won't even achieve a constant 60 FPS.
The system is sufficient for Fortnite. Streaming in parallel becomes difficult. Then a better processor should be available.
