Does it bring 16GB Ram?

I always have Fps Drops although my hardware is good and wanted to add new ram but would have to ask if it makes sense to switch from 8gb to 16gb because Msi afterburner shows that my ram is 6Gb busy and with a video I saw that the type 8Gb in Fortnite it may be that he also had Obs and therefore 8Gb. And it may be that my system Fortnite says that it can only use 4Gb ram and therefore Fps drops and it would make sense to buy a 16Gb kit.

My system

Cpu: Amd fx tm 8320 eight core processor overclocked to 3.8Ghz with 1,375 volts (now does not say change to ryzen or so I'm satisfied with the)

Gpu: Gtx 1060 6Gb Vram overclocked to the limit with.

Ram 8Gb 1066 overclocked to 1800 although my CPU only supports 1600

The cooling and the airflow is perfect Cpu is at full load 60 degrees, the Gpu is full load 65.

P.S a bottleneck is not available with the cpu and gpu

Fortnite requires only 4 GB as a minimum system requirement. In that case, you wouldn't benefit from more ram. Ram itself doesn't really affect the FPS anyway, at most the loading times.

Your processor is stillborn.

Maybe 16 GB would make a difference, but you're still using slow DDR3 1066MHz RAM. And to use fast DDR4 (e.g. 3000MHz) you just need a new processor. I would also strongly assume that the frame drops come from the processor

Well… If OBS consumes all of the RAM, Fortnite may still want something.
You can test it very easily.

That can definitely make a difference. Especially if you currently only have one RAM stick in it, you slow down your CPU. When I upgraded from 8GB to 16GB at the time, a lot went much better.
