Does it bring RAM?

In Fortnite I have really fps drops 60 fps but it gets 10 to 20 fps and the nerve is easy. I had a Gtx750ti and switched to Gtx1060. A Fx tm 6300 six core processor and switched to tm 8320E. A 960Gm vgs3 fx have changed to N68 gs4 fx. ONLY the Ram 8Gb 533 ddr3 Ram I have not changed I think you can do the 150-200 Fps. Btw I have a bottleneck where my CPU is 80% busy sometimes 90 and the graphics card so 30 % and the Ram 7Gb with 80% load think you change ram brings something

I think uninstalling Fortnite helps.

Jo your answer didn't help

Thanks 👍

I think the FX will not keep up with the graphics card anymore. So before you invest in DDR3 Ram I would bet on a new MB with the latest processor and new DDR4 Ram.

In general, more ram can help with 80% utilization, but imho makes no sense to invest in ram that you will no longer use in the new system.

No chance, unfortunately

Well, I don't really see any point in putting hardware into this system that doesn't work for you in a new system.

So with the FX you will probably never be able to fully utilize the graphics card, i.e. Your graphics card is slowed down by the processor and I therefore think 200FPS is unlikely, the Ram does not make that much difference again.

With 8GB Ram at PubG I only had very long loading times and some frame drops that were gone afterwards. The average FPS did not improve with more ram and that will also apply here.

Say with the FX you will probably not get beyond 60 FPS with more ram. And your graphics card can't show its strength either.

So the CPU change will probably have brought next to nothing:

http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-FX-8320E-vs-AMD-FX-6300

I don't think that Fortnite can fully use the 8 cores.

Unfortunately, this does not bring any advantage.

The opposite is more likely, since the clock speed of the 8-core is slightly lower.

And the FX-8320E is too weak for the GTX 1060 (6GB?):

https://pc-builds.com/calculator/FX-8320E_Eight-Core/GeForce_GTX_1060/0Ci0Ve8A/8/

Therefore, you have a high CPU, but only a low GPU load.

And a ram load of 80% is completely ok.

A large part is occupied dynamically by the temporary cache. Upgrading to 16GB is completely unnecessary and meaningless.

Have you installed 1x 8GB or 2x 4GB? The latter uses the approximately 5-10% faster dual-channel operation.

Here you should actually reach over 60FPS in almost all resolutions and quality levels.

Maybe these YT tutorials on Fortnite will help you a little:

But remember: Your system has age-related restrictions.

Otherwise, clean up your Windows and clear the autostart. There's probably just too much going on in the background.

Maybe these tools will help you to optimize your system in real time:

Did you actually install an SSD?

This also helps an old system a lot. But it doesn't really improve game performance.

By the way, your previous configuration with the FX-6300 and the 750ti (2GB) was a much less favorable combination:

li

Then you will no longer achieve FPS.
