No, there fits neither the specified CPU nor the DDR4 Ram (which would not even be supported by the processor alone) on it. On the motherboard you can't block any other processor. This is namely permanently installed.
I would rather advise you to sell the motherboard (but ned get much for it) and you buy a completely new system. Important here is also the graphics card. The built-in graphics chip here is not good for games like Fortnite.
