The processor and your gpu graphics card are quite sufficient, but I would advise you to upgrade to 8 gb (best dual), because Fortnite is a shooter and therefore takes a lot of Ram.
With this pc, you would come with medium graphics settings to about 75 fps.
With 6 or even 8 gb Ram you would see improvements.
If you want more fps I would advise you a stronger gpu.
Start playing, but playable looks different. Better get something right.
Is not even a bulldozer, but Jaguar, so even lamer.
