Fortnite stuttering? How so?

My problem is that my Fortnite is jerky weird and I just don't know why. I loved playing Chapter 1 and everything went smoothly. Meanwhile, when I have reinstalled it (Epic Games Launcher) everything is very jerky etc. E.g. In the lobby I have mega jerks every now and then. In the game itself, it also stutters moderately to strongly, e.g. I jump out of the bus and have at least 30-100 fps drops. I play on 165hz which actually works, in creative mode it works fine, but when I enter a solo round it looks different. My ping is actually always between 0-35.

Only Fortnite lags like that, even the new COD Cold War runs stably on the 144hz on high settings.

It can't be due to my settings (Fortnite) because I switched everything off and turned it down to the lowest possible level.

My PC should actually be able to do Fortnite:

ryzen 5 3600

rtx 2060 super ventus oc

at 3000mhz

16gb hyperx ram 3000mhz

Is it because of Fortnite itself or what kind of problem is that? That's pretty annoying, grateful for any help.

Turn off Vsync, if that doesn't help, try downloading the latest drivers.

What are the latest drivers from?

From the GPU, of course. But I think it's more the Vsync. Unless you have installed any drivers.
