I tried everything to prevent it from working
Amd always has problems with something like that

So how are we supposed to recognize your micro stutters? But I suspect that they are not micro stutters, as you think you understand them. What you experience there are fluctuations in frame time, which is quite normal with an open FPS cap. To prevent this you need an FPS limit.

The RX580 is not a bad graphics card and should not cause stuttering at Fortnite if the card has no defect.
Did you already update the graphics card driver?
