I found this Pc on the Internet and since I'm unfortunately not very familiar with Pc's, I wanted to ask how many Fps this Pc can reach (e.g. In Fortnite)
Not much, since the PC has nothing to do with gaming and is more like a cheap office PC.
If you have so little budget, you only have to build it yourself. Would that be an option for you?
Not very much performance, that's an office pc. This is an amd A processor. These are low power apu processors. 8gb ddr3 is now not the burner either. I know the pc builder (presumably system meeting) had a pc of their own and the 1000gb hdd in there only has 5400rpm and is really slow especially for windows 10
It is not for gaming, it only has a weak iGPU and the CPU is anything but a hit.
That should be the sensible minimum for gaming now (DIY):

[Total Approx. 400 euro]
It would also make sense to replace the selected RAM with this:
Unfortunately, this is just electronic waste for gaming: weak A processor, outdated platform and no dedicated GPU.
It doesn't do anything for gaming. I wouldn't buy a worse finished PC than this one:

Here's something for your budget:

Is better than your suggestion but not really useful.
