I'm Niki and I'm looking for a budget 500 Euro gaming PC.
I did a little research and put together a gaming PC for 500 euro. Here are the components and their prices:

So now I'm still missing a suitable housing for my mainboard: 23 x 18.5 x 2.5 cm
if you have better suggestions please let me know! I want to do Fortnite and video editing on the PC, gaming with at least 144 FPS.
The 1050TI is not a bad graphics card, but then I would go for the 1650. Maybe you can also make a small compromise with the RAM and build in the G-Skill Aegis 3000, just with 16GB.

Yes, as I said with the RAM, I would then possibly use a G-Skill Aegia with 3000Mhz with 16GB, because it simply brings more performance.
I think water cooling is less necessary with this processor, so I would resort to an inexpensive alternative and install an air cooler, but no Intel boxed cooler, please! Maybe I can recommend this one to you:

With the power supply you would have to pay attention to the certification, if necessary maybe choose a different one. 500 watts are more than enough, there's still room for improvement. But make sure to pay attention to the certification of the power supply. Should be at least 80+ bronze, if not 80+ gold.
I would maybe increase the 500GB HDD to 1TB if the budget allows it!
