How do I build at Fortnite immediately?

And indeed it goes dadrum how can I adjust it on the PC that I build a wall, stairs etc without always having to confirm with the mouse button?

I stopped building immediately but it does not work out somehow.

This can't be adjusted to my knowledge, so you have to press the button to select a wall or stairs and then stop again left mouse button to confirm. There's no other way
