NVIDIA Control Panel does not work?

I wanted to get the graphics for video games (Fortnite) (4: 3), but whenever I try to click on the NVIDIA control panel (ie on the desktop) a window pops saying that no display is being used on a GPU from NVIDIA is connected. And I have a NVIDIA graphics card. Am not the PC pro why help would be very nice!

Could it be that you are using the ports on your PC from the CPU, not the GPU? This could happen öffters times. If so, just change it.
