Can this video be real?

So I wanted to get the same parts for the pc in a slightly modified form (same graphics card, cpu and RAM). In the video you can see that it is between 200-300 fps. But I once asked about the fps in fortnite and then said the parts you "only" below 200 fps.

is that correct now or how in this video will i have the fps?

3600MHz only makes sense with low latencies, everything above CL18 makes no difference to CL16 3000MHz.
