I would assume screen tearing here. Usually happens when your monitor is too bad for your graphics card. Try to set Vsync. VG

Then a monitor upgrade is probably due. Sadly there's no other option.
I'll get an aoc 144hz. I currently have the Asus VX248 with 75hz do you think the aoc will get better?
I had the same problem. I had a 10 year old 50hz monitor and Ravenfield (a game) hurt my eyes. With my new LC power I now have 144 Hz and runs wonderfully.
But I wonder why it was possible yesterday
Maybe the cable is not sitting properly?
