Fortnite textures bug?

I let my little cousin play Fortnite and noticed that the textures weren't loading properly. I never had problems in the game before, but now I noticed

ingame settings

everything on low

Vsync on

Go closer.

I also had, either your hard drive is too slow or the Vram is full, at least it was with me
