Fortnite runs smoothly with the system. You will have enough FPS with it.
On high settings, Preaset Epic 60 fps and low 100-200. Also had GTX 1650. You could even get the 2070 super and thus achieve 150-220 fps on preaset low, the graphics card costs around 400 euro. You can get it a little cheaper.
