Yes, they ban everything. Main board, BIOS, graphics card, MAC address, hard disks, RAM, Windows license key and they drop a bunch of tracking files onto the hard disk. Only the CPU and AMD graphics cards are spared because they do not have unique IDs. The IP will probably be banned for a few days or weeks and VPNs are usually blocked.
In order to still be able to play without new components, you can use GeForce NOW.
