Fortnite HWID ban

I bought a used PC on eBay classifieds. Now it turned out that the previous owner was chatting at fortnite, and the PC was assigned a HWID ban, which, according to epic, can't be withdrawn and I'm also prohibited from doing anything about it. Can't I do anything about it? I bought the PC because I want to stream it… Mainly fortnite… Can someone please help me?

If there really is no solution, not even that you can send it back. All that remains is a virtual machine (kvm is optimal) with GPU pass-through. But I don't play such games, so I have no idea if that will work. According to logic, the HWID Ban would be best for the mainboard, so changing the hard drive would probably be useless.
