But hid ban on new pc?

Hello a question to everyone i recently got a hwid ban because of cheating in fortnite but if i buy a new pc the hwid ban goes away and i can play fortnite again because i heard as soon as everything is new in the pc play fortnite normally again? I don't know, can someone help me?

But which router so at home I have a fritzbox but there are also some cheap routers at amazon that run without ip addresses or do I need a reasonable new fritzbox router or what?

Without an IP address, a router is absolutely useless and nothing more than a paperweight.
