The i5-2500 is from 2010 and thus ancient, no comparison to current processors. However, you do not really have the big choice for 300 euro. The graphics card is enough for the most necessary and 8GB Ram is also ok.

No, I would recommend you zero, I recommend the PC that you had in the previous question namely with r9 280 and 3470!
