My friends are always crying because I'm the only PC player in Fortnite among friends. After 3 rounds you will not be bothered, because you can't get against mouse & keyboard as they play on cobtroller. I'm not a console guy, so a console is impossible for me. You could play with your buddies in playground or play on mobile.
I play on the iPad and get along well with controller players. Are not hard to kill and you could also play with you on a controller server if you have a suitable mobile device.
