Good pcs for cutting films with Premiere & playing games / preferably under 1,000 euro

Does somebody know good pc's for playing games & cutting videos and movies? So a good pc with which you can cut mega well (with Adobe Premiere pro, after effects and generally all Adobe Creative cloud programs) and to play games (like Fortnite, GTA 5, etc) so it must have over 16GB of RAM for Premiere pro runs smoothly. I want to start cutting and producing videos & hollywood cinema horror films.

I'm definitely not a video expert, but for all I know, the Ryzen 7 processors are extremely inexpensive for video editing.
