Fortnite is shooting my PC?

In the past (2 weeks or so ago) everything was going great, but nowadays I start Fortnite. Is there an eternal loading time, but that was not all. While Fortnite is running, all the other programs were down. Chrome has 5 FPS, Discord gives little to no sound. YouTube has 2 FPS. And in OBS, even if I have all the settings in Fortnite low. Especially because I want to make community streams now, I have to find a solution. I hope you can help me. The funny thing is that until a few weeks ago everything went well.

My hardware:

CPU: Intel Core i5 7400

Graka: GTX 1060 3GB

Motherboard: Acer Aspire TC-780

RAM: 8GB DDR4

Ja

A little bit of RAM and the video card has little VRAM. Maybe a Windows reinstallation will help.

How can I reinstall Windows and then keep my data?

Ja

You have to do a backup.

And how does it work?

Ja

On an external disk with the capacity of your hard disk all data imagen, e.g. With Macrium Reflect.

Uhh german?

Ja

Put all data on an external hard drive, then delete the internal hard drive, reinstall Windows and transfer the data back.

Oh ok, I do not know if I have such a big external

Of course it has something to do with the update of Fortnite. Lately there are several FPS lags and drops. Useful for you might be a power boost since 8gb RAM is a bit low. Take a look at a video on YouTube.
