GRAPHIC CARD AT 0% occupancy?

I have the following problem,

ryzen 5 2600 rx 5600xt 16gb RAM, b450m per 4

although I play Fortnite on 1080 p and low settings, because I have extreme frame fluctuations, I downloaded the MSI Afterburner software to check the load on my components!
Now I have noticed that my graphics card is mostly running at 0% load (now and then at 20%)
Sure, think about a bottleneck in the CPU, but it only runs with a maximum of 60% load!

I've tried a lot, but I can't get it fixed!

Ram, and Vram I don't think are the problem either!

Usually you can set when which GPU should be used - but it is no longer necessary because someone mentioned above that the processor does not have an onboard GPU.

Someone mentioned the power supply above - I just had a gigantic lag problem just last week (every input at least 5 seconds late) and it was actually the power supply, so it might be worth checking, especially if it was already damaged.

But see if other games or a stress test work normally.
