When I start fortnite I have 100 overload at the beginning and then 30 to 70 and sometimes I get small stutters ON A very short still picture 0.1 seconds

OK, so I would soon get ssd in your place and it is not because of your graphics card if you bring something new like I said SSD and Ram. Otherwise the PC is good enough, maybe resetting to factory settings often helps or reinstalling drivers.
