My PC can stream gaming with music in the background and it doesn't even lag!

The GPU is good for the price.
To be honest, I would gravitate towards the 3rd PC, but only because I know the graphics card there. But all 3 are not really computers that I would buy, the case and so on, just don't really look like they can perform.
