What to do if you have to bite Fortnite stretched Resolution?

I recently switched to a staged reslution (1440, 1080). And my mouse is always displayed about 4cm further to the right than where it really is. For example, if I go into the menu is the Mau about 4cm to the right of the menu field but if the PC thinks the mouse is exactly on the menu field. That concerns the Inwentar and the lobby. I guess that has something to do with my AMD Radeon or desktop resolution.

Would be mega nice if someone could help me.

I have that synonymous you have in your attitude and then screen resolution times change the numbers so it worked for me
