Could The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim run on my pc?

I don't have a particularly good pc (hp pavilion 500, Windows 10) and the graphics card is pretty bad. My little brother wanted to play Fortnite and the graphics really didn't work. I played WoW and LoL for a long time and the graphics were always pretty good. Diablo also worked. On the other hand, nothing was recognized in Path of Exile. I don't know computer stuff very well, so help would be very friendly (:

I could play Skyrim on the highest graphics. In contrast, lol only to the second highest.
