Are Fortnite Noskins still being bullied?
Partly still.
I never heard of people like that being bullied. I'm a NoSkin myself, I've never been bullyed because of it, and I don't see the point in buying a skin. Fortnite is free, so why should I invest any money in it?
Noskins were seen as noobs and non-masters for most of Chapter 1 from Season 3
The people who think every NoSkin is automatically a noob likely have a crack in their own pear. ^^

How do you know that almost everyone thought that way?
It was just that they were associated with a lack of skill… I don't know why, as you said, it doesn't make any sense
I know that in general all Fortnite players are bullied, did not think that there's now a differentiation between the skins.
Why should someone be bullied for not buying virtual things from a video game? It is wise to save your money. I can't imagine that and if you bully someone for this reason (or in general), it usually shows that they are not mature enough.
