Volume low on YouTube but loud on Fortnite?

When I put my headphones in the PC the volume at fortnite is normal but everything else like Yt or music and so it is quiet. Where is the mistake?

Maybe the volume was changed.
It could also be that you made YouTube (and the other things) quieter.
Or it is because you have activated the setting that when you speak, everything else will be quieter.
