Elgato and fortnite stretched?

I started streaming and now I wanted to stream fortnite. The problem is when I start Fortnite it crashes directly and I get an error message (I play streched 1440x1080). But if I set the resolution to native, everything works. How can you stream fortnite streched without the game crashing at the beginning? I stream over obs if that matters a lot.
