Still picture with fullscreen Fortnite (PC)?

Since the Seasion 2 update came out, I have had the problem, if I want to activate the fullscreen mode in my Fortnite, I have a permanent still image. I can prevent this by playing in Windowed mode, but it is not very pleasant. At the moment I can only play in windowed mode.

Maybe it's because of your Windows / or PC version? Or is there something wrong with your company drive?
