Why do I have high ping on Fortnite and League Of Legends etc. Even though I have a good internet. All at once 200 MS or so! What can I do?!
There's probably nothing you can do.
What do you mean by "good internet"? DSL 250 directly from the owner of the route?
If you mean cheap cable 400 or something from Vodafone and Co, that's not good. In a street where dozens of people share the cable Internet and advertise with high transmission rates, this is only pseudo speed that nobody needs and even more unstable than DSL.
With a 6mbit line you can have a sufficiently good ping yourself.
Improve - do not use WLAN, do not use background programs, do not use Teamspeak and the like in parallel, alternatively go via mobile phone network.
Problem is, I still have it with League Of Legends, but not Fortnite and such. I have set something else via system controls and network, but lol not!
If the ping fluctuates extremely, then the servers are just too far away. Logically, this increases the ping massively.
Servers in Germany are ideal, but unfortunately you can't always choose that.
OK. Just had 200 MS in League of Legends and now 32 again… Before that, never had any problems. Why is that? Am in it with 1und1 with WLAN
1und1 has fluctuated more frequently lately, unfortunately I'm there too. There's hardly anything you can do about it, but maybe it is also due to the servers. In any case, direct LAN, no WLAN.
The problem is, I've never had problems with Wi-Fi… And I gamble with Wi-Fi because I can't do anything else…
Just restarted the router twice. Even Wi-Fi sign 3 bars Constance, in front of that only 2 bars…
Why is it that the Internet gets high pings every now and then? And is gone again after a restart?!
