Is it possible to have a good Aim with high sensitivity in Fortnite? If so, how is it possible?

Everyone has their own mouse sensitivity with which they get along well
So of course you can have good aim even with high sensitivity
I have used the playground for something and have built myself small walls that I shot down quickly. I play in the X (horizontal) on 8.5 and the Y on normal, otherwise you will not hit the heads very well. The advantage with me is that I always play on high sensitivities. Also in CoD and Boyfriend I always play on the highest, which makes it all easier. I'm a lot better with a high sensitivity. Hope I could help you.

You need practice there. You just learn that. Playground and learn how fast you turn once in a circle and aims at the same place again. Then in the other direction, several minutes and slowly you get the hang of it
