What bit rate for OBS at 100K newspaper?

Have a 100K line, 80-85k arrive and have an upload of 40k and 25-30k arrive

want to start streaming and what bitrate would you recommend?
Would like to stream and play Fortnite or Warzone…

Generally the highest that the line creates, but you never need more than 50mbit / s, that is anyway compressed by Twitch / Youtube, and the line can withstand that
