Suddenly stutters in Fortnite despite a good PC?

: Radeon RX 580 OC

16 GB RAM

MSI B450M Pro VDH Max

AMD Ryzen 5 2600

Started very well at a constant 144 fps but has not since today. Everything else runs smoothly. Can it happen that the files are damaged or similar? Once had Skinchanger inside to troll a friend but then reinstalled the game. IF I want to play it, it jerks extremely -.- Hope someone can help me

I once had the problem that everything jerked because of AMD Radeon. Turning off the replays helped me.

Is because of the graphics card, have the same and these are just AMD drivers 🤷♂️😂

Just update the driver or wait for a game update…
