Fortnite sometimes stutters despite good hardware?

So

actually I play Fortnite rarely or rarely:

I have this PC:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600

KFA2 Nvidia RTX 2070

16 GB DDR4 RAM

250 GB SSD
1 TB HDD

The game runs smoothly with 130 FPS, only sometimes there are loading jerks or sometimes textures load very late. Other games run smoothly on my PC, except Fortnite. There are always those micro stutters that are totally annoying.

What can I do against it

Install another driver, either update or use an older one if you already have the current one

if that doesn't help, a new installation usually helps

I have already reinstalled
