In general, the (selling) buying of accounts is prohibited according to the terms and conditions that you accepted when you created your Epic Games account. Unfortunately it is already too late. Now make sure that the whole thing is not exposed, all accounts could be blocked.
Good - now to your question: If you have your e-mail and password, then you log into the Epic Games Launcher with these data, download Fortnite - if you have not already done so - and start it.
Then the objects should be in the game. If the account does not contain what you wanted, then I advise against making another purchase. The specified outfits are not that often in the accounts.

You bought an account and not the skins that are on the account.
You will probably have received an email and a password so that you can simply log into Epic.
