Yesterday I entered the code from the first issue of the Batman Zeropoint comic book series on the dedicated website under my account. Only I have not yet received my reward, the Rebirth Harley Quinn Skin. I have probably opened Fortnite 4 times since then and nothing happened.
The skin isn't in my locker either.
I did that with a friend's code using a different code and it worked right away. But why not with me?
You might get the skin a little later. Or you entered the code incorrectly.
Possible reasons:
1 code was wrong
2 Code was not correctly confirmed, enter again
3 Code does not exist / has already been used by, if different, the seller may have used it.
4 Problem from Epic / Code manufacturer, write to support with proof of purchase.
