How does skin changer work?

I wanted to ask how skin changer works in fortnite.

A skinchanger in fortnite works simply. You go into the skinchanger (if you downloaded it). Then you click e.g. On emotes and then on dental floss. Then you will usually see 2 emotes that you should have in your Fortnite locker. For example, "respect peace". Then you press "converten". If you go into Fortnite now, there will still be "respect peace", but if you dance it, you floss.

If skinchanger doesn't work, then right click on it and press "run as administrator".
