Fortnite some skins away?

I lost some skins in Fortnite, my skin collection was bigger, I don't know all of them but 100% is missing, for example, the lynx skin from season 7. I contacted the support. I changed my name in psn could it be because of it? If so can they see that at Epic Games and will I get my skins back?
