Still buying old Battlepass skins (Fortnite)?

I have been playing Fortnite for about a month and wanted to ask if it is somehow possible to legally get old Battlepass skins? Singularity or Lynx for example… Besides, do you think Fortnite should introduce something where you can still buy old Battlepass skins, just more expensive? I would be for it, but I'm afraid Fortnite wouldn't do that.

Also what I'm interested in:

I have a buddy who lives in Russia. He would buy me some skins from Russian gamestops and send me the codes. So I wonder if it is possible to use these codes from Russia in Germany?
