Fortnite private servers?

I'm looking for a private server in Fortnite. So with all the skins, dances, backpacks, etc. I don't have to make ends meet I just want to make videos for Tiktoks Haha. In addition, it would be good if it wasn't that complicated and easy to download (without getting a virus, of course). I once had one (Ezfn) but it no longer works.

Cringe, sry I had to. I'm not sure if there's such a thing and if you find it virus-free above all. I wouldn't risk it.
