I have a question.
Currently I'm at home a lot and try to go to school again and get my degree or an apprenticeship etc. In the future.
Since my health is currently not well, and of course there were reasons why I was not at school for a long time (see last question)
Now I want to first see that I get healthy again, and then do everything step by step.
Now that I want / have to take care of myself, I just lie in bed a lot, try to gain weight (because of being underweight) and do little sport etc. Because of my circulation.
By the way, I often didn't achieve my goals for a day, because I always played / talked to a guy who only had Fortnite in his head, and making and watching YouTube videos.
now I asked myself, is this fun at all? And no it doesn't, so I just meant I have a little bit different goals at the moment, and in general I just don't enjoy the game, and I vowed to myself that I won't do anything more that I don't feel like doing or have fun with.
By the way, I'm approaching my goals step by step, and hope that I will soon be fit and healthy again!
and have now found a game for me that I really enjoy. And I can gamble for 1-2 hours a day, chat, and ALWAYS pursue my goals on the side! And don't have to play for 3-4 hours straight because of a tournament and totally neglect my goals.
In fortnite I easily put over 100 euro in to own a few skins. Although the game wasn't fun for me. And the current game is fun for me, and it puts me in a good mood!
now I wonder if it wouldn't be wrong to buy something in a game. Or I wanted to buy a rank would cost 15-20 euro.
should i spend money? Or you always thought. If you have fun with something, you can also spend money on it. As long as you don't spend stupid money on something you don't enjoy!
and now I wouldn't lack the money, etc.
If you have the money and you enjoy it, it's ok. Especially since you support the game makers with it.
I think Pay to Win is stupid and I don't support it myself. But if you can buy new content, maps or something like that, you really get something for your money. Namely program code and not just a flag in a database.
Nene is not a pay to win = D
First of all, I wish you a speedy recovery and a lot of success in achieving your goals.
If you enjoy the game, I personally don't see a problem with spending some money on it (as long as it stays within the range, like the 15-20 euro mentioned). You also support the developers in this way.
Everything, of course, provided that it is your money and that you don't need it for other important things. But should be clear.
Sure, thank you very much!
Well, you spent 100+ on fortnite and spent many hours a day it was safe fun for you, but now you're not out of breath. That's how it is with every game at some point. It didn't force you to gamble and spend 100+ that you did voluntarily because it bucked but now it is no longer.
So with me always rule of thumb if you play a new game and plan to play it for more than a month you can spend 10-20 euro for it. Better than always the latest aä titles they cost 65 and that you only gamble for a month. The longer you can occupy yourself with a game, the more you can spend on it, but there are limits
Not quite, of course it was fun, but I often came on for other people because they wanted to gamble. And I won't do that anymore
Aso yes I know that too but ne had to look after you what you enjoy. Was with me and I gambled what others wanted but I paid so much money for it
Spending the money is not the problem here. Do it when you enjoy it. After all, server and development costs have to be paid.
I think it's stupid that ranks have to be bought with real money instead of in-game currency.
You should decide for yourself what priorities you want to set yourself:
Currently I'm at home a lot and try to go to school again and get my degree or an apprenticeship etc. In the future.
whether you want to spend money on games, or decide on something else that might also help you professionally than just sitting at home.
Yes exactly thanks!
Well, playing is only on the side to switch off. But yes you are right!
