Fortnite aim assist on pc weaker?

I was once told that the aim assist on the controller is stronger on consoles than when you play on the pc. Is that correct?

So if you play with the controller on the PC it is just as strong as if you play with the controller on the ps4 but with mouse and keyboard it is worse…
