Wait. Most likely there's only a little water in your speaker. When it is dry, it should work normally again. However, you don't need to cool your phone down when it gets hot. Your cell phone does it all by itself.
They are not broken, they are just clogged with water. Have to wait until it's gone or can the grilles in front of the speakers e.g. "Rub dry" even with an unused toothbrush (fairly firm and a few seconds long, nothing happens to the cell phone)
