Whenever I record fortnite is the recording?

I want to record fortnite from time to time but if I started obs and then put it back in fortnite reintabbe obs can I somehow change that?

Use better computers.

Reduce the graphics quality of Fortnite.

You can downgrade the fps and the file quality. But there are still videos like sand on the sea.
