Make weapons shine in Fortnite?

In recent times, I have often seen Youtuber light up their weapons. (I play on PS4 PRO and there you can't change the graphics settings) Now I wanted to ask if anyone knows, knows that works. And please no stupid answers like: "Could be a mod" because you can load on the PS4 no mods.

Do you mean the poison-wrappings? This is the only way to change the appearance of a weapon without any mods or post-processing. They were added in the last update and actually work like skins for weapons and vehicles.
